Establish a monthly retainer for regularly-scheduled coaching sessions (weekly or bi-weekly) to discuss top of mind topics.   You'll also get access to The Prodify Guild.

Product Team Coaching

Level up your team’s skills

When We Can Help

  • Your team has first-time or junior product managers.
  • The team could use help with foundational skills like design, prioritization and metrics.
  • Generic product training isn’t helpful because it’s not tailored to how you "do product."

Step 1

Request an intro call to get to know each other and what you’re hoping to get out of team coaching. After this, we'll match you with a Prodify coach.

Step 2

Your Prodify coach will administer our PM skills self-assessment surveys (5-8 min) to create individual action plans and aggregated team focus areas.  We'll use the aggregated result to come up with a coaching curriculum.

Step 3

Establish a Community of Practice, run by your Prodify coach.  This will consist of 1:1s with you / your leadership team, monthly workshops / training with internal case studies and drop-in office hours for your team.  Everyone will also be invited to The Prodify Guild.

Virtual Product Vision & Strategy Workshops

How It Works

Step 1

Decide internally if you're ready for the time commitment to document a long-term product vision and strategy to realize it.  Assume it will take the team 8-10 hours a week for 3 months.

Request an intro call to get to know each other and discuss how the 3 half-day workshops work.

Set the schedule for workshops. Typically, we recommend one workshop per month. Assume 8-10 hours/week for you and your team to prepare and follow up.

Step 4

Your Prodify advisor will guide you through the workshops, prepping material, facilitating each session, following up on action items and reviewing decisions and product artifacts with you the entire time.
